Yes after a nail-biting contest the skills and sheer determination led our winners

Didn't we have a lovely time the day(s) we went to Llandudno?

Yes - we had a good time at this year's District conference which was held in Llandudno from the 2nd to 4th October. Our club had to act as Stewards for the main proceedings which gave us a chance to 'don' boaters as you can see:-

Victorian Follies concert

Following closely on the heels of the District conference, we staged our annual concert at the premises of the British Geological Survey, in Keyworth, Nottingham, on Saturday 17th October.

This year we were entertained by the musical wit and majesty of the Victorian Follies troupe, who gave us a medley of pre- and post- war songs and music hall ditties:-
